Born and raised in the vibrant community of McAllen, Texas, Nick Moore has been a dedicated member of the legal profession since 2015.
His extensive legal repertoire encompasses a diverse range of areas, including criminal law, family law, personal injury, business tort, and first-party insurance claims.
Nick holds the privilege of being licensed to practice across all Texas state courts and in the Southern Federal District Court of Texas.
Nick’s journey in law began at St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he graduated in 2015.
His time at St. Mary’s was marked by a deep commitment to community service, culminating in his role as Director of the St. Mary’s Community Service Program in 2014.
Under his guidance, the program utilized its strong connections with various organizations in the Rio Grande Valley, such as Proyecto Azteca, South Texas Civil Rights Project, and Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid, significantly benefiting communities in need.
His contributions were recognized with the prestigious Pro Bono and Public Service Award.
Additionally, Nick’s academic tenure was distinguished by his involvement as a Center of Terrorism Law Research Fellow.
Nick’s professional career commenced in the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s Office, where he honed his skills as a prosecutor.
There, he tried numerous criminal cases, contributing valuably to the pursuit of justice.
Transitioning into civil litigation, Nick served in insurance defense, gaining invaluable insights into the strategies of insurance companies in civil cases.
This experience now empowers him with a unique perspective in representing plaintiffs, leveraging his understanding of insurance company tactics to secure justice and favorable resolutions for his clients.
Nick continues to reside in McAllen, Texas, with his beloved wife, Alex, and their three children, cherishing the community that shaped his beginnings and now benefits from his expertise.
